Scratch held on 1 AUG 2019 at VFW 11447 Post Home

Scratch was called to order at 1402. There were 11 Pup Tent 11 Cooties at the Scratch.

Opening ceremonies were conducted in accordance with MOC Rituals.

Roll call was held: 7 Shavetails were in attendance

Visitors of note: District 15 Councilman Verville

SS asked if there were any new member applications: HC said new members.

SS asked if there was Degree Work to be completed: No degree work to be completed.

SS asked if the minutes from the last Scratch had been posted: Hungry Cootie said that the minutes were posted and sent by email to all PT11 Cooties, No changes were made to the minutes. Cootie #84 seconded the motion that the minutes be accepted as posted. Motion made by Cootie 86. Minutes approved

SS asked for report of the Hungry Cootie: NTR

SS asked for reading of official and other communications: No communications

SS asked if there was a Cootie or family of a Cootie in distress: Cootie # 68 doing better.

SS asked for the report of the CCDB: Report was given in detail. Cootie # 62 seconded a motion to accept the report as presented. Motion made by Cootie #30. Motion carried. Cash and Bank total was $1124.74, cash in the General Fund $88.22 and in the Hospital Fund $924.99, The Pacific House fund had $111.53 as of 1 AUG 2019.

REPORT OF COMMITTES:

Membership: As of 1 AUG we have 14 Life and 16 Annuals for a total of 30 Coots. Dues for Annual members are $35.00 or Peso equivalent.

National Home Prayer: Delivered by the Sky Pilot.

p>Hospital Chairman Report: Chairman gave the report for JUL visits. 11 Cooties made 58 visits, spent 151 hours in visits and travel 1270 miles. Gave gifts in value of $17.65 Total: $3600.00.

New Business

The PT received a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement in Support of the Supreme Hospital Program, achieving a total of 297.39%.

Motion was seconded by Cootie #30 to accept VFW member Troy Derby as a potential Cootie, motion made by Cootie #88. Motion carried. Required paperwork will be given to the new Atom.

District 15 Councilman Verville gave a report on the proceedings of the recent Supreme MOC Convention that he attended

Good of the Scratch:

50/50 Total was P2300, P1150 to the winning Cootie and P1150 to the PT.

Fines collected: P2130

P2350 for the Pacific House Fund.

Buddy Poppies: P1,070

The PT Charter was undraped, which was draped at the last Scratch for Departed Cootie Tom Stone

Closing of the Scratch was done IAW Ritual.

Scratch closed at 1457. Next Scratch will be held at 1400, 5 SEP. at the Post Home
